Privacy policy
RB Growth Engine is a sole proprietorship of Ramon S. Barredo II, based in Huntington Beach, California. We build and operate client-acquisition systems for small businesses. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What we collect
We collect only what we need to talk to you, do the work, and get paid:
- Contact details you give us — name, business name, email address, phone number, mailing address.
- Business information you share so we can build your system — your market, your services, your existing lists and CRM data, and the account access you choose to grant us.
- Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. Card numbers are entered directly with Stripe and are never stored on our systems. We see the invoice, the amount, the status, and the last four digits.
- Messages you send us by email or text, and our replies.
We do not buy consumer profiles about you, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
How we use it
To answer your questions, deliver the services you hired us for, send invoices and receipts, keep you updated on your account, and meet our tax and legal obligations. That is the whole list.
SMS / text messaging
RB Growth Engine sends transactional and account-related text messages — invoice notices, payment reminders, receipts, and appointment or service updates — to clients who have given us their mobile number and consented to receive them.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at rb112278@gmail.com.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf, and those providers may not use them for their own marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website is a plain static page. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or advertising trackers, and does not build a profile of your visit. Our hosting provider keeps standard server request logs, which include IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of established providers to run the business. Each receives only what it needs to do its job:
- Stripe — payment processing and card handling.
- GoHighLevel — CRM, invoicing, and email and SMS delivery.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Google — our business email.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
How long we keep it
We keep client records for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterward — generally seven years for billing and tax records, as required. Prospect and inquiry information is kept while the conversation is live and deleted on request. If you opt out of text messages, we keep a record of that opt-out so we do not message you again.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You may also ask us to stop contacting you. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we will not treat you differently for exercising any of these rights.

Children
Our services are for businesses. This site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use reputable providers, limit account access to the people doing the work, and scope credentials to the systems that need them. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise — if a breach affects your information, we will tell you.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting current clients will also be sent by email.
